Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of whole milk
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2"-3/4" thick sliced tsoureki
Optional Add-ins:
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Fresh orange zest
Directions
Heat a non-stick pan over a medium-low heat (pan must be thoroughly heated before you start!)
Whisk all ingredients together (except the tsoureki)
Let the tsoureki soak in the mixture for about 5 minutes, flip half way through
Cook until each side is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side
