Ingredients
4 Fresh mint leaves
1 oz Bacardi light rum (can sub ouzo for a licorice enhancement!)
1 1/2 oz Mastiha liqueur
1/2 cup soda water
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
Ice
You can also add 1/2-1 oz of Ouzo for flavor!
Directions
1. In a shaker, place the mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in a glass and crush with a muddler or a wooden spoon
2. Add rum, Mastiha liqueur, and a handful of ice - shake until well chilled
3. Strain over ice in a tall glass, add soda water to top
4. Garnish with mint sprigs and lime wedges
