These are a crowd pleaser! I broil these in the winter and barbecue them in the summer. Serve them hot and fresh off the grill with some fresh lemon juice. We love these because they are...
Bursting with flavor
Easy to cook
Easy to clean up
Ingredients
2 racks lamb chops (about 16 chops)*
1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoning
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1 fresh lemon juice (or to taste)
*You can sub pork chops, but I would use a thermometer in the thickest part to reach 160 degrees
Directions
1. Massage rub into meat (Lawry's seasoning, pepper, and oregano) and leave out at least 1 hour, or until room temperature
2. Preheat your grill to at least 500 degrees
3. Place lamb chops on grill and close cover until the temperature reaches 500, flip and repeat to cook to your liking
